(VIDEO) Thermometers

23.12.2016

Heating increases room temperarure, but at the same time it reduces humidity, which can cause many respiratory problems. The ideal humidity inside your home should be between 40% and 60%, and temperature from 18°C do 22°C. Reaching these parameters gets easier by using thermometers. Their main purpose is to measure air temperature, humidity and other microclimate characteristics indoors and outdoors.

The most used instruments for measuring are thermometers, barometers and hygrometers, while the combination of the three gives mini weather stations.

There are several classifications of thermometers: for indoors and outdoors, on metal, plastic and wooden bases, digital and analog thermometers, decorative, for pools and saunas, hot water, high temperatures, etc.

Thermometers are also used in agriculture - e.g. for keeping air conditions in greenhouses at optimum, for production of yoghurt, cheese, tea, sugar and many more.
